Production lead time
Orders may be placed online at www.elahnjewels.com at any time. Orders will be confirmed within 24 hours by a sales representative. Most items will ship immediately, provided the items are in stock. If an item is not in stock, a representative will contact you with an estimated delivery date. Estimated delivery times for items not in stock are between 4-5 weeks. If the item is ready before the allotted window, the item will ship as soon as it is complete. You will be notified via email when your order ships and will be provided with tracking details.
Q: I really need it ASAP! Is a Rush Option Available?
A: Some of our styles can be rushed, others cannot. If you are interested in placing a rush order, please email the style name and custom details to firstname.lastname@example.org along with the date you would like to receive it. We will let you know right away if a rush option and overnight shipping is available for that specific style. If you have already placed your order, please be sure to include the order number in the email (found in the confirmation email you received).
All sales are final. However, we are more than happy to exchange an item if there is something wrong with the order or if the product has a defect. Exchanges can only be done 7 days after delivery, please contact us within 7 days. We reserve the right to refuse any exchange if we believe the items purchased are intentionally damaged or have been misused. BEFORE placing your order. We are not responsible for return shipping charges and the original shipping charges are non refundable.
